Godtlevert.no AS is a Norwegian company started in 2010. After successefully establishing the market in Norway, promising making dinners easier for families with their offer of “online subscriptions with boxes of fresh ingridients & chef made recipes”. In 2015 they started to feel growing pains, mainly due to an inneficient Digital Ecosystem of tools used to run the business, and an increasing UX dept on the customer applications which resulted in higher than desired churn.
Int. was commissioned to help the organization growth by reducing the churn, increasing sales and improve operational efficiency.
