Challenge

Godtlevert.no AS is a Norwegian company started in 2010. After successefully establishing the market in Norway, promising making dinners easier for families with their offer of “online subscriptions with boxes of fresh ingridients & chef made recipes”. In 2015 they started to feel growing pains, mainly due to an inneficient Digital Ecosystem of tools used to run the business, and an increasing UX dept on the customer applications which resulted in higher than desired churn.


Int. was commissioned to help the organization growth by reducing the churn, increasing sales and improve operational efficiency.

Solution

We worked for 18 months, together with Godtlevert and Syone, to create a new Business Operative System, consisting of an integrated and automated back-office, reducing all manual tasks and increasing the capability of processing higher volumes (data, transation, orders, etc) in a much smaller fraction of the time than before.

  • Results

    Godtlevert more than tripled the income in the period we worked with them, and it did so fueled by the new digital OS that is fully operational and running full speed. Godtlevert has later merged with Linas Matkasse, and to our knowledge the system is still powering the operations.
